1. Sales nature is not same as other service such as selling an insurance, credit card and etc. Which is in Tee Mmm escpecially in Cee Mmm Gee is more retention rather than getting new sale or new customer. Customer base is stagnant which is no more new customer and depending on existing customer definitely.
2. The way Tee Mmm set the sales target is not specific, not clear (blur), questionable and keep changing time to time which is can occur anxiety in the future.
3. There no system can help the sales people to track the account revenue and payment automatically and the data intergrity sometime questionable.
